Sybil E. Grebe
November 30, 1919 - June 23, 2008
Sybil E. Grebe 88, died Monday, June 23, 2008 at Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Grebe was a native of Dublin, Georgia and lived for many years in Rochester, New York before returning to Savannah many years ago. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and a Past Grand Noble of Rozella Rebekah Lodge #252 of Odd Fellows. She worked for twenty-eight years with Stromberg-Carlson Company in Rochester and volunteered for many years with the American Red Cross, Memorial Health University Medical Center and Savannah Rehabilitation and Health Center.
Surviving are four nieces and one nephew.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 25, 2008 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 5 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
Graveside Services will be Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 2 p.m. in the Northview Cemetery in Dublin, Georgia.
